MISSION STATEMENT
Education through Lacrosse
Athletic participation helps our players grow, learn, and enjoy themselves while they use and develop their social and physical skills. The SCLC values the lessons that have long been taught by athletic participation: personal development, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and character. Our goal is to instill a winning attitude and culture on and off the field, but to maintain humility and respect.
Community and Pride
The SCLC takes great pride in being the only township team to participate in competitive club tournaments around the area. We welcome the challenge of taking on some of the best club teams in the Mid Atlantic region. In building a culture with the motto, "Springfield sticks together", we hope to create strong bonds between our athletes that last a lifetime. The players, coaches, and parents understand the responsibility of representing Springfield/Morton in a positive way whenever we go. Our sense of community runs deep. The SCLC prides itself on having all former Springfield High School Lacrosse graduates as mentors and coaches for our young cougars.
